“Walk All Over Me” stars multiple Golden Globe nominee Leelee Sobieski (“Joan of Arc”) as the runaway and Tricia Helfer (“Battlestar Galactica”) as the dominatrix. In addition, the feature stars Genie Award winner Lothaire Bluteau (“Jesus of Montreal”) as an unsavoury man looking to recover his stolen money. Also featured in the cast are Genie Award winner Jacob Tierney (“Twist”), Michael Adamthwaite (“Catch and Release”) and Michael Eklund (“88 Minutes”).

Robert Cuffley (“Turning Paige”) is directing the feature from a script he wrote with Jason Long.

The producer of “Walk All Over Me,” Carolyn McMaster, says, “We are really thrilled to finally be in production. This has taken a long time to develop and get before the camera, but now both Robert and I couldn’t be happier with the timing, because of the cast we have.”

The majority of the filming will take place in Winnipeg, with some of it shooting in Vancouver, through April 29.

McMaster (“Turning Paige”), Colin Neale (“Margaret’s Museum”) and Kyle Irving (“Capote”) are the film’s executive producers. The director of photography is Norayr Kasper (“The Death and Life of Nancy Eaton”), music composition is by Mike Shields (“100 Days in the Jungle”), with Ken Filewych (“Ginger Snaps Back: The Beginning”) serving as the film’s editor.

“Walk All Over Me” is produced by CHAOS a film company inc., in association with Eagle Vision Inc. and Les Productions Colin Neale Inc. The feature will be released theatrically in Canada by Capri Releasing Inc. with US distribution handled by IndustryWorks Distribution Inc.

The project has received support from Telefilm Canada, Manitoba Film and Sound, the Alberta Film Development Program, Movie Central and the Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit.
