TITLE: Cocksure - In Development
SYNOPSIS: Set in London in the swinging 60’s Mordecai Richler’s Cocksure is an irreverent blend of Austin Powers, Hairspray and The Producers, currently in development as a major musical stage production. It is a biting satire of stardom, publishing, the film industry and the sexual revolution delivered through Richler's wit and wisdom. Cocksure centers around the misadventures of Mortimer Griffin, a beleaguered and idealistic editor whose small publishing house is being swallowed up by a huge conglomerate. It is a tale filled with eccentric characters—the gorgeous Polly who directs her life as though it were a movie, Rachel Coleman, slinky black-panther of the boudoir; Starmaker, the narcissistic Hollywood tycoon who has discovered the secret to eternal life, and a precocious group of school children with a taste for the teaching of the Marquis de Sade.

TITLE: Dickens Women - In Development
SYNOPSIS: Slated for November - December of 2005 this award winning one-woman show stars Miriam Margolyes. A top comedic and character actor (The Age of Innocence, Little Dorrit, Romeo and Juliet). Margoyles exudes her passion for Dickens and his characters as she plays over a dozen roles.
Margolyes juxtaposes novelist Charles Dickens life against a number of his female literary characters with clear explanations and brilliant renderings. - Variety, Christopher Meeks
