With a mandate to produce commercially viable films aimed at a demographic of teens and young adults, Capri Vision Inc. mentors young and emerging filmmakers. The intent is for young filmmakers to work under the supervision of experienced producers and production personnel. Headed by Robin Crumley, Capri Vision provides funding, training, work space, editing equipment and concentrated development support from script to screen.
It is completed its first feature film project, Suck, a rock n' roll vampire comedy directed by Rob Stefaniuk starring Jessica Pare, Alice Cooper, Iggy Pop and Malcolm McDowell. On top of SUCK, Capri Vision has also completed a behind the scenes documentary on SUCK called Down at the Crossroads.
Capri Vision also has in the works a feature documentary on the life of Jungian analyst Marion Woodman entitled Dancing in the Flames.
